This project involves the relocation of a solid waste collections operations into a new facility which will be situated on a 30-acre industrial site located in Frederickson, Washington.  KMB was responsible for the planning and design of the 2-story Division Headquarters, and the conversion of an existing storage building into a fleet vehicle maintenance garage that services and repairs solid waste collection vehicles.
