This medical facility was designed to have a prominent colonnade entry. The shell and core were completed in mid 2005. Subsequent tenant improvements were custom designed to meet clients' demands.

Olympia Orthopeadic Associates Tenant Improvement is an 11,000 SF space
located on the first floor of the building. Olympic Orthopedic includes five pods of medical exam rooms, associated medical and business staff offices, conference rooms, lunch room, restrooms, patient education space and a double x-ray suite.

Northwest Children's Heart Care Center is a 2,218 SF medical space, which consists of three exam rooms, an echnocariogram room, office, lunchroom, workspace, restroom, reception and waiting.
