The Squaxn Island Tribe's Little Creek Casino Hotel is a 92-unit Luxury Hotel with a Conference Center that can accommodate up to 500 guests.

Main design elements of the project include:
• Central Lobby serving as the collection area and major focal point
• Meeting Rooms, Kitchen and Restaurants
• Central Tower containing Administration, Pool and 92 guest rooms

The exterior of the building respects the existing Casino's roots and lines. The use of stone anchors the tower to the site, creating a strong base. Heavy trim and the use of peeler poles allows patrons to access the building's "bones" through texture, scale and structure.
