This project is a mixed-use three-story office building located adjacent to the Olympia Farmer's Market. The design reflects a cannery row flavor reflecting the port atmosphere nearby. The ground floor houses retail establishments and shops including a restaruant, jewelry store, clothing store, coffee shop and spa. The second and third floors consist of professional office spaces. The project advanced within the structure of a design/build partnership with The Rants Group and Berschauer Philips Construction. The materials consist of masonry, exposed tube steel cross-bracing, exposed steel structures, metal siding and glass.
