KMB is currently providing complete site development and design of a 576 bed regional minimum security jail facility and master plan for future 100 bed work release facility, courts and fire station to be constructed in multiple phases. 
The building design endeavors to blend into the forested surroundings and reflect a northwest native culture.   Initial phase includes 288 beds and a support building designed for the full 576 bed build-out as well as other structures to accommodate religious ceremonies, open air exercise, warehouse, commissary, laundry and back-up power functions.  Estimated phase 1 construction cost $17 million.
