Bob has years of architectural and project management experience. He was responsible for oversight and management of $225 million in public-funded schools projects as Director of Facilities and Operations at the Olympia School District for 16 years. Bob was responsible for the all aspects of individual projects including development of building programs and project cost models, architect and engineering consultant selection, contract negotiations, design, construction administration, and project closeout. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Bob is an advocate for sustainable architecture and building practices.
