This three-level office building houses a variety of engineering and administrative support groups for Thurston County.  Designed to LEED Gold standards, this building includes geothermal heating and cooling, rain water harvesting for plumbing and irrigation, office day lighting, and the use of recycled and low-emitting finish materials to comprise a healthy and highly sustainable work environment for County staff.  The design also incorporated a centralized outdoor courtyard servicing the existing facilities as well as the new building.
