A cost-effective, pre-fabricated metal building design was implemented to house several large utility and road maintenance vehicles for Thurston County.  The building includes extensive use of day lighting by incorporating translucent clerestory panels and a significant amount of glass panels within the overhead sectional doors facing east.  This non-combustible metal-farmed structure is intended to provide a design template for future shop and storage facilities that are planned for the site in the near future.
